Fire Department Software Promo Video - Template Provided

Hello; We are looking to have someone utilize a video template which we will purchase and work with us to create a promo video for some fire department software we have created. The template will need to be edited in several places, and added to - we believe it will serve as a great starting point. We project the video length to be 1:30 - 2:15 seconds max - The video must be eye catching, and captivating. We are going to be having professional voice talent created with a script we are currently working on. You may need to break the audio file up to sync with the video based on what we come up with. We are looking for someone who is creative, and someone willing to spend the time to understand exactly what we are trying to accomplish. We hope to have a video created in 7-10 days - and need someone who is available daily for conversations and updates. WE will guide you with things we like and dislike along the way. [login to view URL] We would like to utilize the following segments of the video. 00:02 - 00:20 - this will be used as our "Intro" with our own words / Logo Next 00:24 - 00:34 - we would like to extend this section - to be about 20-30 seconds - and of course have our own images/video playing in place of the samples. It will need to change and match the "auto" we will have. We may have it change 2-3-4 photos or videos - we are looking for guidance and creativity. Next 00:44 - 00:48 - we of course would like to have our own key points - and we may use this section several times throughout the video.
