We are looking for an experienced Video Editor to create and edit a series of several 30 to 60 second videos. The video will describe the class experiences students have with us and highlight some of their works. This role will be responsible for video/audio editing, titling, compositing from our digital assets. We would like to start with 2 videos and may extend to 5. Please give us your bid for 2 videos.
Job Requirements:
Employing provided digital asset including graphics, images, video clips, short clips of live person shot to design and create 30 - 60 second long videos with the elements of animations, sound effects, music, and any others to effectively support the content.
Working with the content team and executive producer to ensure that each video tells a clear, compelling, and effective story.
Experience of working with kids or teaching is a plus.
Knowledge/Skills Required:
BA/BS degree preferred, ideally in motion graphic design, animation, film, or a related field. Alternatively, a degree in a scientific field with comparable motion graphic design experience is desired.
At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of Motion Graphic Design/Video Editing
Ability to work with the team to accurately and visually explain scientific concepts in videos
Ability to work on multiple projects at once and meet deadlines
Must be a team player, self-motivated and proactive
