Add Chinese theme graphics to existing wordpress website

Need to implement and add nice looking Chinese styled theme graphics - (lots of red and yellow color, some dragons overlay) to the existing php website: east analyst dot com. The existing site is in wordpress and the graphics will need to be made as wordpress theme in addition one external link to the page "All Stocks" will need to be incorporated under the wordpress theme as well We need good looking graphics applied with css to our website. This graphics has to be Finance related and Chinese themed -it may occasionally contain names of chinese finance institutions or finance terms within the graphics. It has to have elements of Chinese culture - red color, dragons - anything else that looks distinctly Chinese. Please base header or logo on the image called "gothic dragon" in the attachement. Some other graphics examples are in the file attached.
