C# WinPcap Wrapper

I have a very simple project - I just need to use winPcap to capture network packets from within c#.

I just need to be able to see each packet's header, and I need to view the contents of each packet as plain text!

Bidders MUST provide an example. I need this ASAP, should be a very simple job for someone smart.

My budget is $40 MAX. I will consider the lowest bid first as this should be a very simple job for a good programmer.

I will require the full C# source code from the winning bidder.
