Standalone Program tp do what MS Access Does...

We are looking to develope a Microsoft based Application that will be used to track client cases and billing.

This is what we need the program to be able to do.

Billing, Invoicing, and Budgets

Time tracking and Activities

Parties and Roles Associated to the Case

Scanned Documents / Photos

Case information reports

Retainers, Payments and Expenses

Case Cost and Hours

Active Time Tracking

Automatically Generate letter of Agreement

Conduct database searching

Generate reports that can be used in court

Conflict Check

Create Multiple Timelines

Analysis the "What if"

Manage Employees

Workers Compensation

Trail Book

Pre-Employment/ Background tracking

Discovery Management

Evidence Tracking

It must be able to track clients that will have several cases, but only one client.

We are considering MS Access for this project, however due to the limited 2gb file size limit, we would like to develope a standalone application, that will store this data similar to access.

Must work in Windows 2000, Windows Server, and Windows XP. Must be able to be used by more then one user at a time.

I will get copies of the reports and send them to the winning free lancer to ensure proper format of all report.

We will be reposting this in the next couple of days, and will have it put in php and MySql, as we have choosen to make this web based.
