Convert Word-Formulas to Raw Text (Arial Unicode MS)

Input = Word Document with a lot of formulas written with word Formula Editor. The Formula's should be converted to raw text (Font = Arial Unicode MS, Best Effort Conversion, at least all math. Operators, all Symbols, Subscripts, Superscripts). Simultaneous Sub/Superscripts (X_i^j should be transformed to X_i(j) or better solution. Deliverable: (i) Document with all formulas transformed. (ii) The Formulas itself should be kept in the text or optionally deleted. Makro should provide this Option. (ii) Makro / Programm that makes the conversion and can be changed by me. Important test/criterion: (i) 90% of the formulas should have a perfect fit, simple super & subscripting, special Symbols. the residual Formula may be not transformable (Matrix-Formula, simulataneous Sub & superscripts etc.) (ii) The formulas should no longer be in Formula - Editor or Format but in continuous text.
