Web scrapping and presentation of data on html web platform

I am looking into creating a football prediction website based on a set algorithm. What I need is a php proficient coder who can work with mysql with the ability to develop web scraping scripts  Project process: [login to view URL] data from a specific website ([login to view URL]) [login to view URL] that data and upload it to a database  [login to view URL] a basic web interface on html that will display data from the database in specified columns [login to view URL] cron jobs to automatically undertake the scraping, parsing and data display processes every 6 hours  Scrapping of data will be done on the website footystats.org. Data points that we are interested in are: -Home team form -Away team form -Football odds for both teams -Win draw win percentages The games to be displayed will be those that fit the below criteria:-Their difference in form is greater than 1.2-One of their win draw win percentages should have above 55% Data display on html web platform:The data will be displayed on a table with columns for:-Time of match-Home team-Away team-Prediction (The team with the highest form and the highest win draw win percentage) i.e if its home team the prediction is 1 if its the away team the prediction is 2-Odds of the selected prediction-Score (Final score for each match)-Outcome (Green tick for matches that went according to prediction and red X for those that did not) Data retention:The web platform should have the ability to display data for 21 days i.e 5 days ahead including the current data and 16 days of previous dates with a seperate view for each date Hosting: The website and all its coding needs to be able to function on a namecheap shared hosting platform. I recommend having a google meets call to discuss the deliverables in detail before the engagement can commence.
