Run Portal Sites

We have an amazing opportunity for the correct individual or company. Brief History: We operate a high end web development, programming and SEO firm here in San Diego working with some of California's largest companies. Six months ago we were approached by an international investor who decided to develop the best web hosting portal, wireless portal and VOIP portal. To date we have completed 95% of the entire development and the client has become so happy with our services that he has asked us to look for some key guys to run each of these portals. The people we are looking for need to TRULY love the 3 specific industries however we are considering focusing one person per portal site so let us know what you think you would fit best in. Your responsibilities would including: * researching (on a daily basis) all industry news, writing news posts, writing how to articles, writing general industry articles and general content for the site * forming alliances with industry leaders - getting them or their firms to write content for the site and conducting and writing interviews. * building alliances with related industry websites to share content, cross links and share inside information to make the site grow. * getting links from other industry websites to increase pagerank and seo positions. Finally and to an extent one of the most important requirements is that you be extremely capable of working with advertisers and media buyers. All of these website will make their money based off of advertising and your revenue will be strictly contingent upon the ad sales you generate. The person we are looking for needs to understand that initially your going to be spending a great deal of time and energy getting started (approximately 3-5 months) after which you should be able to make a very healthy monthly income. Once a new advertiser is setup they continue to advertise as long as they receive value for their advertising dollar meaning that after 12 months you should be generating continued monthly residual income with very little effort. While this position will require you to work completely independently as the manager of each domain, I myself will be your direct contact if any questions come up and will assist you personally with advice and/or integration strategies to ensure the success of each domain.
