Phase 1 – Corporate Identity Design • Design of Logo and Stationery. Phase 2 – Web Design & Information Display • Website Design and Development in WordPress. All the functionalities required can be done with readymade plugins as far as possible. If a suitable solution is not available, then custom coding needs to be done. • Web design from a blank canvas according to the layout that will be provided which is very Modern & Funky and targets 19-35 year old night life loving people. • Home Page – 4 vertical tabs/buttons with text & image, viz. Pubs, Parties, Events & Deals. • Display of standard information like Venue, Timing, Rating, etc for each Pub, Party & Event with link to Google Map for each. This display of information should be interactive and not just a table. Suggestions are welcome. • Each Pub, Party, Event and Deal to have this ‘Send Information’ button. • Send Information by Email/SMS for all users. • Each Pub, Party, Event and Deal to have ‘Tweet This’, ‘Pin This’, ‘Like This’, etc Social Media Buttons. • Each Pub, Party, Event and Deal to have ‘send to BBM’ feature if possible. • Advanced Sort & Search functionality with Name, Area, Cost, etc for Pubs, Parties & Events Pages. • All users can ‘Like’ the same event on FaceBook and on the website. We have to show the number of Likes it gets and sort it automatically accordingly. Also we have to call the top 3 events after sorting, for example, as ‘HOT in Town’. • Pubs Page – information display for each venue in Pune. • Pubs Page – an interactive Google Map showing all the Pubs/Venues in the city. • Parties & Events Page – information display in 4 categories viz Today, Next/This Week, Overall/This Month & Calendar. Calendar to list everything in the future. Again the display of information in Calendar mode should be interactive. Suggestions are welcome. • Integrating Social Media accounts with the website. • Simple interface in backend to change information on site. • The Deals tab on the Home Page will be inactive during this Phase - We can use ‘Coming Soon’ or something similar but nothing will happen when someone clicks on it. • Database design for information displayed on the site. Information of all the venues in the city should be stored in a database. When I want to include a certain venue in an event, all related information like contact details, timings, etc. and maybe the venues logo should automatically load. Phase 3 – Registration & Notifications • Login/Register link on each page • Database design for registration of users with standard information like Name, Email, Mobile No, etc. • Email and SMS Notifications (daily, weekly, etc) for members. Please suggest good but cheap Email and SMS gateways that work well in India. • Send Information by Email/SMS for members without the need of asking for information every time. • Deals Page – it will become active and will have layout & design similar to Parties/Events Page • Pub/Party/Event with a corresponding Deal should be marked on all pages and a link to Deals Page to be given. Phase 4 – E-Commerce • Integration of Shopping Cart and Payment Gateway with the website. Please suggest a good shopping cart and a cheap Payment gateway that works well in India.
