Dead-Simple Character + Header Design Required URGENT!

Hi there, I'll make it short. I need you to design a professional looking header for my site, including some characters. Nothing more, nothing less. I will choose a winner within 48 hours and I will pay you $30. Here are the details: 1, Here's the concept of the header: I’d like the header of my site ([login to view URL]) to have an “in the skies” theme with clouds and everything, plus I’d like you to incorporate two already designed eagle characters into it. I attached the two eagle characters here. I’d like the two eagles to be holding from two sides a big white cloud in the middle of the header. The “Sad Eagle” should be holding it from the left side and the “Happy Eagle” should be holding it from the right side (on the screen). Both of them should be standing on smaller clouds around the big cloud in the middle. They should both hold in their other hand their laptops (with the texts "Old You" "New You" in black). I’d like both eagles to face the visitors, so to look “out” of the screen and both smiling. Plus I’d like you to write into the big cloud they are holding the slogan: "[login to view URL]" (and below it with a smaller font size): "Build your eBiz. Build your freedom." Both texts should be positioned center, written in black and with an appropriate font style. The header should be 960 pixels wide and the height shouldn't exceed 200 pixels, preferably less. I'd like you to design a white arch to the bottom of the header, shown in the current header. The white arch should look exactly like in the current header, positioned center and start from 180 pixel from the left and end from 180 pixels from the right (photo attached). This is necessary to "connect" the header to the white body of the site (which is 960-180-180=600 pixels wide and positioned center). Some requirements: 1, You MUST be able to re-draw the eagle character exactly as they look on right now. They are very simple characters, so it shouldn't be too hard. I attached both photos. 2, You MUST be willing to provide at least 3 revisions. I'm not a hard person to work with, but I've been cheated so many times that I'm not taking risks anymore. 3, Only bid if you're willing to do all of it for $30 within 3 days at most and if you're willing to provide at least 3 revisions. I attached a sample header to let you know exactly what I require. This sample header is just a sample, it looks way too unprofessional, especially the two eagles. I'd like you to design something very similar to this, but in a LOT MORE professional way. If you can do this design job well, I'll provide you with ongoing design jobs in the future.
