Need Help in Design (experts only!)

I have an existing html website that requires an expert designer to redesign the template using the same exact layout and color scheme but show me where I can place additional elements or components. I am not happy with several of the features so your job is NOT programming or development (please do not ask if you need to slice or create html pages) but to create a new psd page that shows a great way to layout all the elements I need to fit within the same design. Here is what I need: [login to view URL] 1. Logo - text logo called Johnson Real Estate but add an icon in front that represents real estate or a house; once that is designed, place it on the template where you think it should go 2. Main Title - this can be anything, but I want to remove this title and have two separate callouts, 1) Buy. Sell. Rent., and 2) Orlando, Kissimmee, Celebration 3. Create several branded icons and buttons (mail, phone, facebook, twitter, youtube, google, flickr, linkedin) 4. Create 4 buttons [I want to buy a house] [I want to sell a house] [I want to rent a house] [I want to rent an apartment] each button should be equal size and color and spaced evenly apart; note: must be part of template on all pages 5. Figure out a great place to place the icons and buttons above 6. Create a better looking background graphic behind the links that match the color scheme 7. I need to find a place for: Call to Action; Unique Selling Proposition; 8. Place the caption below picture, Larry Johnson, President; then under that place the mail and phone icon; then under that please place Better Business Buruea icon and Orlando Chamber of Commerce icon There are a few other other items to complete the template and basic redesign but nothing major. As you can see, your design will look very similar to my design except that all the graphics will look better, all of the essential elements for the template will be professionally placed, and the overall look and feel will be better.
