Add a Member's Only Subscription Area using Striking MultiFlex on Wordpress

My current website is [login to view URL] I've self designed it using a WordPress theme called Striking MultiFlex Responsive. It suits me well, however there are some features I want to implement that are a bit beyond what I know how to do. There are 3 things I specifically would like to do to improve my business. 1. As well as my customers say my website looks, I feel it could be more instantly captivating if the landing page display looked more professionally done. As an example, I saw this website that also uses Striking MultiFlex [login to view URL] and this one ... [login to view URL] My landing page is long as it is tailored to score high on SEO searches for the term Thai Mistress , but I really think it could look outstanding if I could find someone visionary to work on it. I need the landing page to capture the imagination and attention of my clients within the first 10 seconds. 2. I have a small but growing video collection that I would like to sell. Rather than use a 3rd party website such as [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] where I have to surrender 30% of profit sales , I feel it is much more beneficial if my website had a private members area and clicking on a video's description would launch a membership subscription page or pop up. This website is one that I know is highly successful, and rather than re-invent the wheel, I'd like to emulate what she has done with her video page as much as possible using the Striking Multiflex theme ... [login to view URL] You see how clicking on a video launches a pop up , and a 3rd party E-Commerce site , in her case , Verotel , takes the payment. That's exactly what I want. 3. In the subscription part of the website, I'd like members to have access to blog stories that are only viewable to them. I'd still like my main blog to be viewable to the public, and at the same time have extra content that is 'pay to read' . Since I add content to my website personally every day, these changes would have to be something that I can manage myself afterwards. Is someone willing to work with me on this?
