Experience with designing an e-commerce site for equipment rental. Modern design so I am requiring - HTML5 - Experience with content management systems (CMS) - Customization of CMS Job Description: I have not set a salary for this job as I want the job to be completed in a certain time period. Please ask as many questions as possible and let me know your quotes for completing the task and the duration you will need. Background: The web site will show products our clients can rent. It must be able to handle bookings, and online payments. Requirements: - Use of free and open source software. Preferable CMS - Ability for clients to reserve a product and pay/checkout all online - Ability to show product availability to myself and customers - An interface so I can see products that have been rented out, to who, for what duration, and if they have paid. - An interface so I can add additional products - A mechanism to calculate distance form the companies head quarters to the clients location so shipping can be calculated. - A terms and conditions forms customers can agree upon before purchase - Must be a modern design. I will provide the company logo and pictures, the rest of the design/theme can must be made by the web designer. I have a graphic designer working for me so I can lend assistance here. - Most likely will be hosted on a cPanel platform This work is not urgent. The web site completion date is estimated to be the around the end of August. I don't like the design of this layout but the goal would be similar to the below web site. [login to view URL]
