Frontend developer for fitness web app

We're a small start-up looking for a freelancer to help our company build a fitness web application. We currently have a set of templates (purchased from Envato) that we will need modified and for a user dashboard. The ideal candidate will be somebody fluent in javascript, HTML5, CSS3, Vuejs2, and Nuxt. To be considered for the project, a detailed portfolio (which says specifically which pieces of each project were done by the candidate) and a resume must be included. The application we're building is a Customer Relationship Management tool for gym owners and clients. The user of the web app will be gym owners looking to display various statistics and insights from both their trainers and clients. As we are using a pre-purchased template, we will only need pieces of the templates modified (we expect very little, if anything, will be built from scratch for the web app) to display information from our API.
