iOS & ANDROID APP with geolocalisation and PC Interface

Hi, >>>>> YOU NEED TO DOWNLOAD THE ADDED FILES <<<<< Here is what I need: A team with excellent experience in iOS and Android APPS with GEOLOCALISATION and LIVE interaction. Here is the project: The APP will be used by RESTAURANTS. These restaurants do NOT have delivery boys. We will provide them with delivery boys for any of their delivery need = the delivery boys and the scooters are owned by us. Here is how it works: ON THE RESTAURANT SIDE: Any restaurant goes on his PC --- OR --- Iphone/Android phone 1- Enter his LOGIN + PASSWORD 2- The Restaurant has welcoming it and offering him to choose for when he needs a delivery boy: in 15min? in 30min? in xxx minutes? Ex.: I need a delivery boy in 30min. 3- After the restaurant had chosen for when he needs the delivery boy, the restaurant will be taken to another screen where he is asked what is the delivery time of the dish to the final consumer. He enters in that screen the time. Ex.: I need the order to be delivered at 22:55 = the reach the final consumer at 22:55 4- The restaurant is asked to enter all the final consumer details (phone number, address, door number, fax number, email etc..) +++++ in case the final consumer was already n the database then his whole info should automatically appear when the the phone number or name is written +++++ 5- In case thedelivery area is outside the normal delivery area of the restaurant, the restaurant needs to see a warning telling him that there will be an additional amount to be paid by him and asked to accept or refuse 6- Once everything is confirmed, the restaurant has a message of CONFIRMATION with the name of the Delivery boy and at what time the delivery boy will reach the restaurant 7- The restaurant is then offered to press a button to print all the order note. ORDER NOTE: The printed ORDER NOTE will show: Delivery: -Time of the validaiton of the delivery boy "order" Time adked for the delivery boy to reach the restaurant (see step2 above) - Name of the delivery boy - Time the order was actually given to the delivery boy by the restaurant CONSUMER: - Name - First name - Phone number 1 and 2 - Adresse - Building door entrance code number - Building letter or number - Floor - Door number - Additional info Now this is what the restaurant will be able to see when he goes on his account: - Follow-up your deliveries This page will be a table showing: Address of the final consumer, the status of the delivery (done, ongoing), date and time of the order made by the restaurant, time the delivery boy was given the order (food) by the restaurant and the final delivery time to the consumer, if there was an additional amount paid by the restaurant for "out of the area" delivery The restaurant will have an option to print and delete any of the lines (=any deivery) of that table.
