Need a Magento expert to customize my online pet shop

I need an expert of Magento to fix some problems with my online pet shop ([login to view URL]). My online shop has configurable products and simple products under each configurable product. I need a developer to do the following. 1) set up tablerate shipping (right now, we can only get a shipping estimate if the customer buy the first simple product under a configurable product, there is no shipping estimate if he buys the second simple products on the list or add several simple products to the shopping cart) 2) set up a cron job to clear system log every 14 days. 3) customize the photo box in product detail page. If I have several photos for 1 product, the photos are shown as thumbnail. If I click on the thumbnail, the big photo box should show that particular photo. 4) In the product detail page, arrange the order of the simple products as in the dropdown menu (the order of the dropdown menu will be determined by attribute setting) 5) some products have chinese long description and some products do not (only English description). If a product has Chinese long description, display this at Chinese store. If it has no Chinese long description, display the English version at Chinese store automatically. 5) miscellaneous editing (removing a line from Chinese homepage) 6) review my website and suggest improvement 7) I am also looking for someone to help maintain my website (e.g. upgrading the version of Magento and the extension, installing security patch, restoring my website if something goes wrong etc), please provide the hourly rate for this kind of work.
