I've check all requirements. ** Wp-Rocket is wordpress plugin. Magento has inbuilt all such features. ** I suggest to take new server Ubuntu, 8GB RAM or more, HDD according to your needs. I'll install php7, phpmyadmin, Apache, and its dependency Mod. I'll install varnish php accelerator if needed. I'll configure server to handle 2000 to 5000 user and 1500 parallel sql queries. More than 1000 parallel processes. ** CMSmaret theme has many issue, there theme support is not good. As of my experience, Porto theme is best to use and error free. Rest on you which theme you want to deploy. ** Other requirement are general and consume time.
