Because you're not looking to take payments, and more looking to use this as a pre-process order request system, you will need to have a customised solution tht integrates eCommerce without a payment gateway, which isn't generally offered by any big eCom solutions. Regarding the Insurance Amount, how do we know what the patients allowance is?
