Microsoft Exchange 2007 Migration to Exchange 2016 ON-PREMISE

Have an Exchange Server 2007 in production that needs to be migrated to Exchange Server 2016. Old server running on Server 2008 and new server running on Windows Server 2012 R2. From what I understand Exchange must first be migrated to Exchange 2013 and then to Exchange 2016. So what I need the following done. I will have an HP server with Win 2012 R2 on the base server and 1 HyperV virtual machine running on the same device. Exchange 2013 will need to be installed on virtual machine and the Exchange 2007 must me moved to the Exchange 2013 virtual machine. The Exchange 2007 must then be decommissioned. Then we'll install Exchange 2016 on the physical server and migrate everything to the Exchange 2016. Then the Exchange 2013 on the virtual machine must be decommissioned. Then we need group policy script done so that all the Outlook clients on boot will get get the new server settings and reconnect to their mailbox on the new server. ****** ((((Also if possible I would like to connect Exchange 2016 to an Office365 Send and Receive connector so that all emails get routed thru the Office 365 portal. However all mailboxes would reside on the on-premise server.)))) Project must be completed on a weekend from Friday 6PM and all should be completed by Sunday at 6PM (48hours).
