Printer Driver Development

I want a simple Windows Driver (compatible with XP,7,8,10) which will be based on my Device's VID and PID and will sent anything I would like to print to this device either as a simple text or an image (selection based on content sent to print). Currently I don't care if the Driver is signed or not. What I want to do is make my device appear as a Printer and when I choice to print a file if the context of the file is only text then send the text to the device as is, otherwise send the content as an image format (preferably high quality jpg or png)
