Hi, I own two dental practices. I would prefer to communicate via e-mail. I just had a new website created and I’m not happy with the work. There are two website I want my new website to “look like”. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] In general I need the website to be for marketing. Meaning, I market the website on google adds, yelp, and Facebook, and patients go to the site to find out information. I want the site to have the background picture very much like [login to view URL] and the scrolling information. All of this can be done on wix, I just don’t have the time to do it. I would like for patients to be able to login to their account. This would be phase one and I would like a quote on just a basic site as [login to view URL] I need the site to be mobile friendly. I would like a separate quote if we add the following bells and whistles. Chat directly with staff. So patients clicks chat box, notification comes to my staff, one of the staff start to chat with the patient. Account information and payments. I would like patient to be able to login to their account, see their balance, and make credit card payments. These would be add on feature and I would like a separate quote for each. Below are my current two websites. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] We would be combining these two into one website. One main page, then the patient would choose which practices they go to.

You mentioned the chat feature for communication with patients. I think it's important for good customer service.
