Looking for someone who can build a questionnaire/Quiz part on my WordPress website. questions, answers and design of the quiz part I will provide below are my requirements 1. There will be 5 questions 2. Standard Ans should appear immediately 3. three options will be there for every question ( if any users will click on any option the standard ans will be shown which will not be available in the three provided options. 4. All questions to appear one after another 5. One question per screen 6.. Next/Previous option required 7. Contact details to be captured before starting the quiz 8. An email with contact details and selected options to be sent to email id at the end of the quiz need to be embedded in a particular section of web page start your bid with "I can build Quiz"
