Hi! I'd like to make a revision of what I want my site to look like. To give you a better visual of something similar to my idea go to wall.alphacoders.com. What I would like is a wallpaper social site where I can upload wallpapers and videos with direct download options for any sized wallpaper as you see on the site provided. I'd like there to be a comment system for account members only (free to make an account). A spam filter in the comments to reduce human help. My site [login to view URL] already covers most of these things. However, as I said I'd like a PHP experienced specialist to turn this into something more to my liking. There are much more smaller details I'd like to discuss however I'd like to know the price for what I have currently asked for. As for how soon I'd like this to be completed I currently have visitors using [login to view URL] just fine as far as I can tell. The bugs I can work with until a new code is completed by you (or someone) makes a new code. As for budget I'd like you to work with me on that. First I'd need to know what you will charge for this vision I have. I'd also like to see examples of your experience. Thank you very much for your time!
