wordpress numbering on comments

Take a look at this page, [login to view URL] and please let me know if you can add comments number with 1. starting at the most recent comment and the numbers will continue all the way to the very last page. example, if there are 100 comments and the 100th comment is on page 30 it should show 100 on page 30 even if the comment is up top number 1 on page 30 it should still show 100. Also those numbers should be available ton sub-comments which means if a there are 100 comments under a comment they should all have their number based on date and time with 1 being the most recent. NOTE: Ordering will go by date and time not by page.
