WPMU Expert

We have full membership at [login to view URL] and want to set up WPMU sites. This is two fold with the installation & set up, and training on use. For this quote, please use two hours of training for your quote. There are so many options, and a learning curve for what can be done as an administrator, I do not know "everything" I need yet but have these initial requirement and questions. 1) We do want the scalability to be as large as [login to view URL] with different level's of members from free and up to allowing all plugin's and etc. 2) The main goal is to take advantage of this platform ourselves buy bulk creating, editing, and posting to mass amounts of blogs. But we will also want to give our users the ability to create blogs in mass, with out having to email verify. 3) Can plugin's be made universal to all blogs? Can they be auto enabled? Can we have some that are just available to us (With the same two questions before)? 4) Same thing with templates? We are making a template that already has certain codes in place we need that will only be for use for us. The same with a plugin or two that need to be auto installed & activated upon blog creations. 5) We would like the ability to have ad space it the header, and a random link code in the footer, of every blog created (Activated based on membership levels). We did this with a group of sites we own, and after the daily impressions got to 20k, it just wore out our CPU Usage. Is the WPMUDev plugin(s) for this more efficient with usage, or will it just be a fact of life when volume gets up? 6) Are there any notifications that can be set up for blogs that are inactive for 30+ days? Please help with some of my questions in your quote. Also, when the first WPMU blog is perfected, what is the installation time frame to completely duplicate? Thanks
