1. We have a WordPress website and we need a separate members only login section created containing access to private pages with downloadable documents and news ect. 2. Also we need to be able to set up online forms that members can login and fill out which will then be submitted to us and we receive them as emails. Ideally we would like members to be able to go to a ‘Directory’ that’ hold templates perhaps grouped under the headings of, for example: • Safe Care and Support • Finance • Health and Safety • Admin 3. There should be a search facility for these documents. 4. The User should be able to open document, come back to it later if they wish and then submit it when finished. 5. We would like a module that allows us to set up these forms. 6. If possible we would also like the completed forms to be saved to a database that we can access privately. 7. We wish to be notified when document has been saved by text and/or email 8. Please note there are other forms such as Contact Records which do not have an end date and which are a running record over time. The Memember should be able to save, revisit and add to. 9. We wish to be notified when an addition to such a record has been added to by text and/or email 10. Email/txt notification. There will need to be an Admin Module that allows to set up a system to that when Member ‘A’ saves a document or updates a running record that Admin ‘A’ is notified by txt and or email (we chose). Certain forms will require that A manager is also made aware!
