small CRM / data management system

How booking currently works on our site: With the current user can make a booking online. There is a booking button on the website, when click will take you to the map page. On this page enter you zip code and based on the code we pull the time and location from the database and populate the relevant field on the booking form. The booking is basically a html form with number of js calculations and validations. The form has input box to add the bumber of units for each items. User fills the form , the cost is calculated automatically. The user fills the other personal details and submits the form. The php script captures the data and sends all the info to the customer service email. Our Requirement We now need a small CRM / data management system where booking data is captured in a database. 1. A login system where user with 2 permissions admin and Customer Service Operators. Admin have full access to the system where as operators can just see the booking data and make notes or changes. Admin can create and delete operators. 2. All the booking data should be captured in the database with time stamp and unique booking ID . 3. The booking data can be edited by operators but cannot be [login to view URL] order for the operator to view any particular data they will need the customers telephone number or full name to access their data. At which time they can see the customers info, their scheduled appointment, what services they will be using from us. 4. Each booking record will have status viz new (when booking is created) , accepted (when booking is accepted by customer service) and complete ( when the booking is completed). 5. When booking is made using online form with the email that is sent out , it should have 2 buttons viz accept and reject. This email will go to customer service so that they can accept the booking or reject looking at the email itself. When they hit reject there should be web form with comment box to put the reason for rejection. If accepted the customer will get an accepted email that will incorporate their info like name, date of their appt, time, total price, etc. This will help give all the needed [login to view URL] status (accept/ reject) should get updated automatically. 6. We will also have some reports which we will discuss later on 7. The system also require small mobile (pref Android app) so that drivers who does pickup, can change status as soon as they complete the task. The app will have small receipt system .The driver , based on booking ID / or dates , will able to pull the booking record from the system. You can use xml as EDI. The data will use to generate receipt which will be send to customer once the payment is done. We would like to integrate STRIPE as a payment procession in addition to COD. We can discuss this further.
