Write a Chrome Extension that can communicate with an external process on the same machine (Assume Windows) via websockets (ideal), or Ajax (less ideal). The extension must be able to recieve commands to execute javascript supplied by an external process, and be able to return the result of those commands to the external process. The extension should be able to send browser event data back to the external process, at a minimum, page load events, but ideally all browser events.
