I'm in need of a skilled architect or structural engineer to create a detailed pole barn design for my new garage. This will be a 30' deep by 40' wide structure with 3 overhead doors. It will be attached to my house. Per local building code I can do so as long as I use pre-cast perma columns into the ground. I want a 5/12 pitch on the roof. 10' walls, there will be steel on the roof with perlings. It will be sided so will be putting plywood or zip system on the exterior. The attached design is pretty much what I'm looking for other than I have changed to a 5/12 pitch. On the right side I need it to be a bit wider as that's the side that will be attached to the house and will need to put stairs inside for entry to the back mudroom. ...
