I would like to design a Ball 8" in circumference which vibrates when a button is pressed and stops when it is depressed. Solid in color. May be separated by unscrewing each half. Have minimal seam. If possible have thick rubber exterior. Sturdy enough to support 200 lbs of pressure. Have a button flush with the surface maintaining spherical shape. I need a mathematical equation for a physical problem. The problem is as follows: There is a spherical steel ball. It is surrounded by a thick layer of rubber surface all around it. The ball remains spherical. The tension in the rubber sphere surrounding the iron ball is not constant but decreases as it goes away from the surface of the iron ball i.e the tension is inversly proportional to the square of the distance from the surface of the ball.
