Today our agents are answering the phones via SNOM telephones, we would like in our make it so that Zoiper will be integrated. It should be possible to answer calls, call up numbers that are in our system just by one click on zoiper via our system. When an employee is on a break then the employee should be able to put the phone on DND, IF the employee does that it should be displayed on our Tagwall that the employee is on DND, and when the employee gets back from her break, they should remove DND again, and once it is removed it shall be displayed on the Tagwall, so that everyone else working that day can see when another employee is away from the phone.

I have set up a small Elastix system in my premises with Snom IP phones. I have 2 desk phones (820 and 870) and the rest are cordless VOIP Snom phones. Hi, I have a VOIP phone system provided by a third party, and use snom 370 phones, we currently have multiple phone numbers for our technical projects, when a call is made about a specific project the phones identify which number is being called and tell us through the phone. Is it possible to have some software to identify which phone number is being dialled and then access a mysql database and return the project information so that it is on hand ready for our sales teams when they answer a telephone call. This is an idea, though if it could be achieved then It is something I would like to turn in to a project.
