Recently we purchased a house that was build 30 years ago but never finished. We would like to finish it in a modern contemporary fashion, and need an idea how to do it. We do not need a project for a construction permit, than just a floorplan drawings, and facade rendering. I had been working with another freelancer on this a couple months ago and he doesn't seem to be logging on. I do not imagine it would take you more than an hour but let me know what you think. Will send you two versions of the floorplan - last draft with no edits and one with all of the changes that need to be made - basically just moving a few tables and adding a key. I have a 2D floor plan of a house that I want to convert to 3D and also make some changes to the floor plan. I want to develop a website to display 360 degree photos, linked to floorplan where the hotspots are only visible to users that have permission to view the images. The security aspects are high priority (login to view and to upload new images) so enterprise level security approach to managing permisions. All photos will reside on AWS. Users should be able to view through browser, with no requirement to download special software to their PC.

Need help making a 2D floorplan creator. Other than the basic functions of a Floorplan creator, the program should be able to calculate the total cost of the flooring ($/sqf input by user). Another feature the software should have is to be able to export the Floorplan as a 3D model. The individual walls and flooring for each room would be separate models.
