an Adobe AIR developer who can take on publishing

Hello, I am Actionscript 3.0 programmer working in Flash, Flex and Adobe Air. Please take a look at my feedback and reviews at https://www.freelancer.com/u/programmerAS3.html for further reference. All my works are exclusively in AS3. Regarding the project, I have vast experience in handling the certificate and provisional profile things of the IOS and Android Developer accounts. In fact, my previous employers used to give me access to their developers account and I used to publish the app on the respective platform. Regarding the changes, it depends on what kind of application it is. Let me tell you upfront, Starling/Feathers, the upgraded AS3 is best for the mobile / tablet platform, otherwise there will be some performance issues. Whereas, regular AS3 is okay with the normal Adobe Air project. Let me know, if you have questions regarding anything. Regards
