Make a Batch file command to automate upload and download of files from multiple ftp site -- 2

Write me 2 batch files, one for download and one for uploading of files on multiple ftp sites. I've seen alot of free batch file scripts available by searching google, but I need a professional to do it for me, to be safe. ---------------------------------------------------------- Required Script steps for upload (from local to remote): 1. Connects to ftp site [login to view URL] port 3721 2. Logon type Anonymous 3. Go to the Local site path and copy the file 4. Go to Remote site location 5. Paste the copied file (Overwriting existing when older without prompt) 6. Disconnect from this ftp site 7. Connects to the next ftp client [login to view URL] port 3721 8. Logon type Anonymous 9. Go to the Local site path still the same as step #3 10. Go to Remote site location 11. Paste again the same copied file (Overwriting existing file when older without prompt) 12. Disconnect from this ftp site Repeat again steps from 7-12 for other ftp ip addresses. 13. At the end of the commands, rename the file [login to view URL] in the local location. The filename will be: Date today + 1 day (Example: if today is oct 11, then the filename must be Oct12). ---------------------------------------------------------- Required Script steps for download (from remote to local): 1. Connects to ftp site [login to view URL] port 3721 2. Logon type Anonymous 3. Go the Remote site path and cut all files inside 4. Go to local site location path 5. Make a new folder (filename is the actual date) 6. Paste the file from remote pat and save inside the folder on the actual date (the new folder created). 7. Disconnect from this ftp site 8. Connects to ftp site [login to view URL] port 3721 9. Logon type Anonymous 10. Go the Remote site path and cut all files inside 11. Go to local site location, same folder created on step #5 12. Paste the file. 13. Disconnect from this ftp client Repeat again steps from 8-13 for other ftp addresses. At the end, the folders in the remote location shall be empty and all files inside the folder (filenamed as the actual date)
