We will take care of you! **Responsibilities Include** • Screening buyer and seller leads daily • Coordinating paperwork and closings • Running Comparable sales and determining value. • Understanding my buying criteria & recommending a course of action’ • Receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls (I'll provide the call script) • Important: post ads on classified ads about marketing properties (need right now), you know about how to input html.
