We have a 15 seats capacity call center, so round the clock operations makes it possible for us to have 50 Full Time Employees (FTEs) working for different countries time zones and we have completed all of our projects on time, well within the dead line. And yes, we have also worked, extensively, on avatar based projects previously and so we understand the necessities of the project and we are sure that we are quite capable of meeting those criteria. I do understand that with most of my clients, they have weekly payouts and so since this is our first time on freelancer website we are focusing more on forming a stable and long lasting relationship with our clients rather than just making money. Also i realized that bid amount quoted doesn't properly establish as to what is required of us to earn that payout.
