I will design, develop, test and deploy the site with 100% functioning ability. As per my analysis all the pages and functionality that you have listed is quite clear, but i have one suggestion which may give a bit of help for the HelpDesk site. My suggestion is : The warning about expiration tickets would be better if we send a mail to respective persons in regular interval as well as we will show the warning in the HelpDesk site. Therefore, to send warning mails we need a windows service which will be regularly checking the expiration tickets and send the mail. I am looking forward to start the project.
