Design Logo/Emoticon/Icon/Image for Mobile App and website

I am looking for the following:
1) 1 Logo For Website- This logo will be needed in 2 colors and 4 different sizes (all are approx. 200x45). Note that I already know the Design of the Logo.
2) 1 Emoticon in 2 Colors for Browser Tab. Note that I already know the design I need.
3) 1 Phone Icon for Mobile App for Android and Ios Devices. I will explain more the nature of the App and you recommend what is best. May need this in 2-3 sizes in case the same can be used within the App as a Logo too.
4) 1 Startup image for the App (this is when App is loading). I will explain more the nature of the App and you recommend Image that is best. I need 5 sizes of the same image (for different phones/tablets).
5) Go through my App and provide recommendations on colors and fonts to use in app. And provide 7 stock images for the App. I will explain the various sections of the App that needs images.
