Hi, A web based system will be the ideal solution for this. Client software can not send data to master if master does not have a fixed IP and the maystem running master is not set-up to receive incoming requests. To avoid all this, a web based system will be the easiest. Here the web application will receive incoming requests from client and store it on server for later viewing by master. Even the client and master can be made as a web site, any preson for choosing desktop windows applications? Lets discuss more, Nirandas

What I understand is that the communication will be client to server and server to client not client to client. Do you want to use credentials for users to access server?
