I need someone who is an expert on taking care of an online store. With the provision of: 1. Have a smartphone gadget & laptop / notebook (to work) & fb account 2. Have communication skill use good and correct english 3. Understand copywriting techniques 4. Can understand customer needs (compalins, comment responses in fb, message, etc.) Task: 1. Taking care of facebook account page & instagram (comment: question & followup costumer) 2. Update post & check product sync on fb & web (online store) 3. Update items that need to be input to platfrom system online store 4. Handle (complaints, orders, questions, problems that exist in the system if any) that goes into the online store 5. Helping some of my work related to my online store (virtual assistant) Target: 1. Increased sales 2. Improve loyal customers Per month for trial $20-$25 for sallary (If work good Will renew & increase)
