Add text in header/footer of PDF file

Module to add given text either in header or footer of PDF file. This needs to be achieved without requiring any PDF reader/writer installed on the machine. Ideally, it should be developed in C/C++ (Win32 DLL or COM). If it is developed in .NET, it should be designed such way that it can be called from C/C++ and delivery should include Win32 DLL which uses .NET module internally to add text in header. Delivery includes sample code explaining how to use the module. - Module should have following options: File path, text to be added, where to add text (header or footer), alignment (left, right or center). It should behave as per above exceptions for diff. format. - Optionally, is should support password protected files. - All payment expect initial will be released after I test and approve the delivery. I will need max. week to test and approve the delivery.
