Remote configuration of Asterisk (or Trixbox) with FreePBX and Lumenvox speech recognition. Need to have documentation so that future changes can be made easily. Have an existing * setup. It was used for testing and evaluation. Now moving to a production server (2.4Ghz XEON / 18 GB RAID 1 / 1.5 GB RAM). Have extensions and trunks configured on the existing system - these will need to be copied to the new system. Right now (existing system), there are 2 IVR setups, determined by DID. One is set with Lumenvox, the other is not. Would like to have a different message play on the 2nd DID, and make use of speech reco. Each inbound route needs to have a different set of extensions, with some overlap (some extensions are valid in both companies). There will likely be future work as well (ViciDial, some sort of accounting to determine what extensions called who and costing of the calls). Current version of Lumenvox: 7.0.110 - this might need to be updated. Please ask if there are any points that need additional information prior to bidding. Thank you.
