Adobe Air ?

I am interested in developing an app in Adobe Air. the project will be much bigger than this initial portion but as i know next to nothing about adobe air ive decided to divide the project into smaller projects, which i can easier manage. The app will manage html data in a local database. The user will login to the app and create pages either by input of source code or wysiwig creation [ third party element is fine] he will then define a date and time to display the page as well as a monitor number. This information is superflous at the moment but will become relevent later. The application will eventually be a networked monitor display application. In the scenario of having multiple monitors around an institution which displays information relevent to that particular monitor. The information is stored and managed in a central db and this app will allow the owner of the system to edit the media feed. :::::: Important :::::: This project is only to cover the begining of the project. in that you are only to work on the development of the editors app, login procedure,html creation and storage. The next project will proceed from there. thank you If you have built this type of app before i am eager to hear from you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
