Design, configuration and programming - Wordpress WPML and Events Manager plugins

I need some different things done on my site makeplansin.com. Some of them are big and some are small. The most important things for this task are number 1, 2 and 3 - these 3 have to be made in this project. Number 4 is not so important right now, but if you have the skills for it, please give me a price on that as well. I will focus on skills, price and references when I choose a freelancer. Make your bid. ---------- 1. Design I want a very smooth and simple design. It's also important to mention that the site should be made ready for english and danish. You don't need to speak/write danish. I will assist you where translation is needed. The choosen freelancer will get more wishes about the design. I want the 2 input fields here: [login to view URL] To have one text line each, so I can write: "Make plans in" and then comes the Search field with the microscope to the right of that. And the next line should say: "Make plans with" and the comes the "Near..." field. This is on the english version. I make the changes to the danish version, so it has to be written in the content editor. Please also deactive the Wordpress credentials at the bottom. It's important to make the design as one of the standard templates, so that as less as possible changes when plugins gets upgraded. 2. Configuration and programming a) The 2 language versions should have these pages. First danish menuname and the english after the / Lav planer i / Make plans in Kategorier / Categories Lokationer / Locations Tags / Tags Tilføj event / Add event That means that there shouldn't be a page named Forside / frontpage. The danish structure are already made and the english site structure should be created as well. Right now there are some issues that you should fix. On these pages the links points at the english language version even though it should point at danish URL's: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] b) When I create events in the backend, they got saved as english events even though I have choosen that they should be danish. c) Where can I translate "Near..." in the right field here? [login to view URL] At the moment it's english even though it should be danish. d) Where can I translate: "Show advanced search"? and "Dates"? that appears when clicked on "Show advanced search". [login to view URL] e) I want the dates and times made danish at the left - but only on the danish languages. This means that this: 01/05/2014 7:30 pm - 10:30 pm should be: 1. maj 2014 19:30 - 22:30 As you can see it 24 hour time and you can find the danish months on Google. f) It should be possible when a event is created in the administration and on the Add event page to write nothing at the end time. And that should create the event with ??:?? as end time. g) The links to events here: [login to view URL] shouldn't open in a blank window. h) Where can "Date(s)" be translated? [login to view URL] i) Where can the Events link on the Google Map be changed for the danish language version? [login to view URL] j) The english language version should function and have a design, but it shall be deactivated. That's because I will in the beginning only focus on the danish language version. But the english language version should be ready with a design. 3. Documentation Describe for me how all previous things have been done, so I know where to edit things in the future. 4. Import function for Events Manager I want an import function, so I can import an .csv file to Events Manager in the administration. All fields should be in the test file, but they shouldn't all be required. It should be possible to define language for each event and if the event should be published or not. Image import isn't a requirement Number 4 should be documented as well
