After going through attached screenshots, I understand your requirement to develop an online web based app where: 1) You will be admin and create different user accounts or users can register by filling in their details? 2) Users can log-in to their accounts and access the client details and files. Will they only be able to view their own client & files only or all? 3) Which kind of file formats are to be supported to be uploaded and downloaded? 4) What will be the details stored for each client, Name, address, DOB & Postal code? 5) Any kind of reports or other things are needed? Kindly share more information about the above points to clear the scope of requirement. Currently I am placing a placeholder bid. Once we discuss all the details and freeze scope, We can discuss the final costing mutually.
