Developing an app to be based in an overseas country, but want to initiate the search for an app company now from Australia I want this app developer to be based locally to the target audience and as such am putting a tender brief (SRS Document) for developers to quote on I have : • The app concept • Scope I don’t have : • Technical knowledge to develop SRS Document I Require a Perth based professional to: • Assist in the SRS development • Provide advice on the development platform (such as xamarin) to cater for both ios and android. • Mentor / tutor me on the technical aspect (I want to learn the basics) • Provide an hourly rate (and Total estimate) to deliver the technical aspect of the SRS document.
