I got to make this stuff using Visual C++. A sample (not same but similiar idea is attached). In the attached, a target moves around and I try use my mouse to click it. If I get the target, I have a score and at this time, it calculates the time between when I started or when last hit the target till now. If I try hit the target and I miss, it add up the misses and hits for me. In this current design, #1. I want to have several targets moving, we start with 2, then 4, then 16. and we do as described above. #2. I also want to vary the width of the moving targets, from very small to very large for each cases of the widths in #1. above. #3. I also want to vary the speed of the moving targets for ecah cases of #1, and #2 above. I want an attractive design and to do all these (a) when the objects are moving away from me and (b) when the objects are moving towards me. If you are capable of delivery this in one week, that will be great otherwise donot border to consider my bid. this is 1 out of 5 that will come up.
