Backend implementation -- Java and Nodejs experts only

I am looking for a backend developer to implement my project using Java / Nodejs programming language. The preferred framework for the implementation is Spring Boot/ express . The expected load on the backend system is low, with less than 1000 requests per day but it should scalable so that it can handle 1000 requests per hour in future. And notifications for end user for updates on creates services - Open source/free ticketing system integration to support creation of ticket through email & whatsapp and must support all the above functionalities. If not design service management system to handle it these scenarios. - social signup using Google and mobile with otp - 5 types of users with different access label. - end user profile and service history details. - payment gateway integration and related functionalities like promocode, payment link generation through service request etc. I will explain in detail once everything is finalised.
