AWS Cloud Rendering setup 3ds max and vray

Hello Everyone, I am looking for a AWS Cloud architect, who can help me setting up a cloud rendering job on server which includes 3ds max and vray. The flow: One of my app output json, which is used by 3ds max in max script to create a interior scene, setup camera and all that and renders a vray image of the scene. I want once the json is created by the app and uploaded to the server, the json passes to cloud rendering setup where 3ds max on server creates room and renders vray image and stores at a particular directory. Apart from this is costing side, i need you to guide me how can we reduce our server cost, given that we don't need a dedicated server all the time. as number of reuest are very low presently. also if we initiate multple instances on demand during peak time. if you have worked on any cloud rendering application, that would help a lot.
