MEMORY AND SKILL DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION FOR ANDROID AND IOS

Hi, I want to develop a mobile app for children, in android and ios. Have you done before any educational exercise? My app is an interactive base that children play educational exercises and win coin and rewards. It is a lifetime updating application. We need to update day by day. Specific points - login - upload photo - videos - background designs - logo - demonstration of game - show icons of the home page, records, coins, scores, parents guidance, settings, etc.. - voice of content - sound content - timer - growth report chart - notification - upgrade premium for monthly, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year - referral code - add many languages - fix exercises according to reports - an in-app purchase - expert register with us - get an appointment with an expert - calling facility - can see an expert's time and fees - tracking records of children - how many time logged in - sharing with friends - in freemium - (age 3 to 14) each age group have 50 exercises approx, - in premium - add more exercises (age 3 to 14) each age group have 50 above exercises Here I have mentioned almost the main points that I want to apply in the application, my budget is $ 400 of the complete project.
